Located in Telese Terme, in the Province of Benevento, in the very heart of Samnium, Krèsios is an elegant restaurant 1 Michelin Star featuring a very rich selection of wines from the its Cellar and beautifully set into an old stone building. The interior is modern and bright with a minimalistic décor offering all guests a relaxing ambience while the external portico and the old farmyard overlooking 5 hectares of vineyards are a perfect location for small private events, aperitifs and business luncheons. A food store, 2 bedrooms and 2 suites complete the guest offer.
Giuseppe Iannotti, Chef.
Born in 1982 the same year Italy defeated 3 – 1 West Germany winning its third FIFA World Cup. Giuseppe started playing around the kitchen at the age of 6 and managed to keep his passion alive and finally turn it into a series of actual entrepreneurial projects first in Castelvenere and then in Telese. The most important of his projects was the opening of his restaurant Krèsios.
In 2013 Giuseppe earned his first Michelin Star, 2 Forks; the award “Youth of the Year” by the Italian Magazine l’Espresso and the award “Premio Vent’Anni”, the San Pellegrino Cooking Cup 2013 and he became member of Le Soste confirming his obstinacy in achieving all the goals he had set for himself.
